Southampton now in Australia?

So I was looking up an estate agent in Southampton the other day using google. I was fortunate that Harcourts southampton gave me the address and phone number I needed, but if you look closely the website address is for www.harcourts.com.au. It seems there is an estate agent called Harcourts in both Australia and Southampton. Different companies, but google cannot tell the difference.

I guess the world really is getting smaller.
