Twitter spam

As I mentioned before I joined twitter a week or so ago. I find it has two features I like:

  1. My friends can see what I am doing
  2. I can update my facebook status with a text
I think the second of these is really cool.

I am being followed by 3 of my friends, not many, but at least they are friends.

I have twice looked and noticed that I am being followed by more than these 3 people and when I look to see who these followers are they seem to be commercial accounts using twitter to sell a service. Today it is gogogo2008. Which seems to be an advert for some remote desktop application.

Pah, the spammers are on twitter.

Just someone else to block.
