Interesting TSA rules

One thing I overheard while queueing to come back into the terminal after immigration is that children under 17 do not need ids when going through security. I guess this is partly because under 17s are less likely to have ids. No drivers licence, and probably no passport.

I guess it is no biggy as even if you are over 17 you can get through without id, you just get "checked" more thouraly.

Anyway SFO here I come.
